The aims and objectives of the session are to: 1.Explore what is meant by the term learning gain and how this might be demonstrated as part of a TEF return. 2.Examine the role of educational leaders in demonstrating learning gain 3.Explore the way educational leaders can influence and measure learning gain 4.Generate and share ideas to support the demonstration of learning gain for students 5.Formulate a case for how evidence for learning gain can be generated or presented as part of a TEF return.
