Learning to Teach - A discipline based professional development programme for postgraduate researchers who teach

To enhance the student experience Cardiff University’s School of English Communication and Philosophy has devised an accredited professional development programme for postgraduate researchers who teach most of the first-year undergraduate seminars. We will outline the programme provide samples of materials and explore the merits of discipline-based teaching development.
