This paper summarises discussions at a joint event between the HEA and Leeds Metropolitan University that allowed attendees to review recent research data that indicates the complexity and heterogeneity of student perceptions of feedback and showcase two possible interventions to improve student satisfaction and reduce feedback resource requirements.
