Needs Analysis

This presentation was delivered at the startup meeting for the HEA's Internationalisation change programme on 22 May 2012. The presentation aimed to help the participating institutions consider the characteristics of effective change initiatives determine the priorities for their own initiative assess their needs and identify actions they need to carry out before the next stage of the programme.
