This session introduced a new approach to the old problem of how best to induct new postgraduate international students into the learning and teaching culture.
A review of existing practise was identified in response to the challenges facing staff responding to the diverse cultural and learning backgrounds. This presentation reviews past practise and provides a framework for a new approach to student induction with practical solutions from experienced staff.
