OTL - Developing a process for Observation of Teaching & Learning

In 2008-2009 GIFHE developed a customized process for the observation of teaching and learning (OTL) on its HE courses. This process has been adapted and improved each year. Before the introduction of this discrete system the college had used the same process based upon the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework for both its FE and HE courses.
