This session will be interactive and will provide an opportunity for participants/attendees to discuss ways in which students can be engaged as partners in real-life research of benefit to the wider community. The session will include a presentation of a project carried out with a third sector organisation as an example of such engagement highlighting benefits to all parties. Participants/attendees will take part in small group discussions to identify similar opportunities in their own areas of work. A final plenary will deal with any troubleshooting issues.
