This project is concerned with the delivery of new internal student survey methods and feedback loops stemming from these. These must provide the institution with rapid and meaningful data on student perceptions of the student experience to enable targetted improvements and better communicate with students on actions taken in response to concerns in order to increase student satisfaction and raise NSS scores.
