Screening for Dyscalculia within HE

This article reports how the Mathematics Learning Support Centre at Loughborough University has developed a first-line computerised screening test for dyscalculia in undergraduates. As well as a legal requirement to help all students who have specific learning difficulties [3] screening for dyscalculia can also provide learning support tutors with important information which can help them tailor support to the individual needs of the dyscalculic student.
