Aims: To generate debate on effective practice when using team projects in Higher Education for helping students to develop employability skills. Students complain that they do not like working in teams so this workshop will explore ways in which delegates organise team projects identifying processes that work and issues that prevent students from benefitting from team working.
Objectives: 1.To gather from delegates examples of effective practice in terms of organising managing and assessing team projects and how issues have been overcome; 2.To identify elements of the team working experience that provide opportunity for developing employability skills.
