The session aims to outline strategic approaches and rationalise how these were applied across the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at CCCU to disseminate information incite discourse and the participation of the scholarly community to plan to become ‘TEF ready’ and will share the impact of these. A secondary objective will be to explore tensions in the notion of ‘staff development’ as part of the role of leadership of learning and teaching acknowledging the fact that ‘teaching the TEF’ is a ‘difficult’ subject.
