Text-structuring Metadiscourse Devices and Intonation Cues in Academic Spoken Monologues

This project involved the investigation of text-structuring metadiscourse and intonation cues in academic monologues delivered by non-native speakers of English. It also established what intervention strategies teachers should employ in order to provide a better learning experience for international students.
