The project aimed to enhance the effectiveness of organisational development practitioners based in the HE sector.
In support of this aim, its objectives were:
- To identify the capabilities, aptitudes, skills and knowledge essential to the effective practice of internal OD professionals in today’s HE sector.
- To provide guidance to the LFHE in order to assist it in the design of potential development programmes relevant to the needs of this client group.
- To increase understanding of the role of OD practitioner by drawing the attention of various interest groups to the implications of the project’s findings.
