Widening Participation in MSOR Aston University 19 May 2004

The workshop was chaired by Penny Bidgood (Kingston) who welcomed the delegates. Mandy Ingleby from Aston gave an overview of emerging issues in WP in a generic context looking at facts and figures across a wide range of disciplines. Bill Cox then turned the focus onto MSOR summarising the work presented in the LTSN Occasional Article Widening Participation in Mathematics Statistics and Operational Research.
