This is a case study demonstrating an initiative that enables employability through the first-year curriculum from an institution in Wales. This exercise involved the integration of a creative media-based exercise that developed personal reflective research based on careers coaching and attendance at an industry-specific careers fair that included workshops and media employer exhibitors.
