A new podcast series is being released by Advance HE to help celebrate 20 years of supporting governance effectiveness in higher education.
‘The changing face of governance’ looks back on how the governance of higher education and governance practices have changed over the last 20 years covering topics such as academic governance and assurance, inclusive Board culture, sustainability, student and staff governors and what Boards need to think about AI.
Changing trends of HE governance
In the first episode, Alison Johns, Chief Executive of Advance HE and Janet Legrand KC (Hon), Advance HE Board Member, Senior Lay Member of Court at the University of Edinburgh, Chair of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and a member of the advisory panel of IntoUniversity, join Aaron Porter, Associate Director (Governance) at Advance HE, to discuss the changing trends of HE governance.
