Organisational Wellbeing and Inclusive Institutions are projects as part of the Connect Benefit Series 2021-22, exploring the link between healthy and prosperous universities, and the wellbeing of staff and students, and addressing the barriers that limit access and belonging.
A virtual sandpit event on 5 May provided an opportunity for senior leaders to discuss how organisational wellbeing and inclusive institutions should be positioned as a strategic imperative and explored the key question, ‘Have we managed to create healthier and more compassionate institutions as a result of the pandemic and has that had a positive impact on an inclusive and enabling culture?’
The event included two provocations, the first from Nancy Hey, from What Works Wellbeing, and the second from Barbara Bassa, Senior Advisor at Advance HE.
Advance HE members can read a summary of the discussion from the Sandpit event here.
