Mrs Elaine Wilson

National Teaching Fellow 2004 Elaine Wilson is a Senior Lecturer in Science Education within the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge. A winner of the University's Pilkington Teaching Prize, Elaine has ensured that the importance of high quality teacher education in science has been centrally recognised through her work with virtual learning environments and through co-development of an inter-disciplinary project with partnership schools, culminating in a presentation at a national conference. Elaine is also an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry in recognition of her work in support of chemistry education. She has written, edited or contributed to several books and international educational journals.
