1. How many cohorts do you deliver in a year?
We plan to deliver two cohorts in the 2023/24 academic year, one starting in the autumn term and delivered across two, 2 day /1 night residential modules in November 2023 and January 2024 and one in June delivered as a 4 day / 3 night residential.

Outside of attendance at the residential, pre-work includes an online 360 diagnostic and coaching feedback session, as well as a windows on work values diagnostic and some targeted reading and reflection activities.
