Armed with an EdD in Higher Education and an MSc in Information Technology, Dr. Mahinour brings a wealth of academic prowess and practical expertise to the table.
Throughout her esteemed career, Dr. Mahinour has been an instrumental force in shaping the educational landscape, delivering over 90,000 hours of faculty professional development on teaching methodologies, learning design, integrating technology, generative AI and assessment strategies.
With a keen eye for innovation, Dr. Mahinour has spearheaded faculty developmental training initiatives, launched numerous courses and certification tracks, and conducted transformative microteaching sessions to elevate teaching quality and enhance learning outcomes.
Dr. Mahinour has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing intensive Higher Education teacher development programs, achieving outstanding completion rates and empowering hundreds of faculty members with Advance HE Fellowships. Within her current role, Dr Ezzat is leading two professional development programmes y accredited by the Advance HE to Fellowship and Associate Fellowship. Successfully mentored and coached more than 500 faculty to achieve their Fellowship, placing the UAE in first place in the Gulf region with the highest number of Fellowships.
