Dr. Elshurafa holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership and has over 20 years of experience in the field of education where she has served various leadership roles. Dr. Elshurafa is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a certified external examiner from Advance HE, and is currently the head of Advance HE accredited provision at PNU, the Academic Excellence Programme (AEP). Dr. Elshurafa’s research interests lie within the improvement of student learning and assessment in educational contexts, faculty continuous professional development, quality assurance and accreditation in higher education, and best practice in education.
