Currently, Farzana is working as a Higher education Manager at the Bedford College and managing the quality and practices of HE departments across the group. As a Senior Lecturer, she lead Bedford College Group Business Management Higher Education Programmes to further improve HE Students retention and experience at the institution.
Additionally, Farzana has been a Standard Verifier for Pearson since 2018, consistently maintaining Green SV status each year. This status reflects her competence, expertise, and skills within the sector, showcasing a profound understanding of national standards. In her prior role as part of the University of Hertfordshire HE Consortium team, she served as a Moderator, actively participating in various UH moderation meetings and training sessions. This experience significantly bolstered my expertise in effectively monitoring and supporting the Internal Quality Assurance process.
Throughout her career, she has maintained enthusiasm and actively engaged in continuous professional development. She also supports her colleague's professional development and mentor staff on Further and Higher Education Programmes."
