Gordan has worked as an educator, trainer, and manager in the further and vocational education sector for over thirty years. As Company Director of Block Learning Ltd, he currently works with Tyne Coast College, advising on how to raise academic standards and improve quality performance and learner outcomes.
As the former Director of Teaching, Learning & Student Development at Middlesbrough College, he has developed a passion for robotics and coding and enhancing teaching and learning through constructionist learning theories.
