Dr Henrik Schoenefeldt is Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Architecture at the University of Kent and AHRC Leadership Fellow. Since June 2016, he has been seconded to the Houses of Parliament to lead the AHRC-funded research project 'Between Heritage and Sustainability: Restoring the Palace of Westminster's nineteenth-century ventilation system'. He trained as an architect and during his MPhil and PhD at the University of Cambridge he specialised in the history of environmental design.

Since winning the NTF & CATE as a team leader, Sally has become the EDI Officer for the Committee of the Association NTFs, a professor of business education and Vice Dean at Kings College London and has led several staff networks including a minority ethnic and women’s network. She was the inclusion education lead for KCL 2019-2023 and researches and speaks about EDI and decolonisation.

Dr Kim Bower is a teacher educator with a passion for languages, intercultural awareness and inclusivity. She inspires and empowers trainees and teachers to motivate learners to love languages and to develop a deep intercultural awareness. In 2000, after teaching languages for 16 years, Kim moved to Initial Teacher Education (ITE) within HEI. She developed a highly successful MFL PGCE course, which saw a rapid increase in recruitment.

As a registered mental health nurse with experience in the police, James Wilson has an in-depth understanding of two professions that care for our communities. In his current role as a lecturer, he has utilised his public sector background and pioneered the use of a range of interactive theatre techniques to link 'difficult to teach' theory to the complexities of clinical practice.

Since winning her NTFS award in 2017 Judy has moved in new roles as Director of the Institute of Teaching and Learning and Associate Vice President TL&S focusing on inclusivity and engagement

Dr Dylan Williams has worked in teaching focused roles since completing his PhD in 2007. He specialised in the development of student-centred learning experiences, mostly based on Context and Problem Based Learning (C/PBL) and since 2007 has overseen the development and integration of C/PBL activities throughout the programme. He has also developed a problem-solving strategy to help support students working on these problems.

After working as a veterinarian in practice, Professor Renate Weller started her academic career at the RVC in 2005 where she has since progressed from Lecturer to Professor. She splits her time between clinics and research but most importantly, Renate is a teacher in both roles.
