She does this by creating engaging real-world curricula and learning environments; providing strategic academic development and leadership; and involving students, employers and other key stakeholders in the design of degrees, policies and processes of the university.

Dr Mark J.P. Kerrigan is the Director of Learning and Teaching in the Faculty of Medical Science at Anglia Ruskin University. Graduating with a PhD from Edinburgh University, Mark has worked as a researcher, investigating osteoarthritis, and a lecturer in physiology, cellular biology and research methods.

Dr Natalie Rowley is a Senior Lecturer, Director of Innovation in Teaching and Head of Quality Assurance in the School of Chemistry at the University of Birmingham. She is a fervent believer in evidence-informed  educational enhancement and leads her School in piloting Technology-Enhanced Learning and innovative teaching methodologies.

Margaret Low is an inspirational educator with 30 years experience in the HE sector. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at WMG, University of Warwick and she has been involved in software development, designing and developing a variety of engineering applications.

Since completing a doctorate as a mature student at the University of Sussex, Professor Maggie Andrews has gained experience of teaching, research and management in higher, further and adult education. She came to the University of Worcester in 2010, and was appointed Professor of Cultural History in 2012, and became a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy the following year.

Dr Rachael-Anne Knight is a phonetician with degrees from Roehampton, UCL and University of Cambridge. She has been teaching phonetics to Speech and Language Therapy students at City, University London since 2005, and has won several awards for her innovative teaching and support of students.

Rachel Dickinson's career in Higher Education began in the Drama and Theatre Education Department at the University of Warwick. During this time, she grew and led a nationally respected Initial Teacher Education programme for Drama and English teachers, prior to being appointed as a founder member of WBS Create in Warwick Business School. She is Assistant Dean for the Undergraduate programme, developing practice in  partnership, placing importance on the situated and culturally unique learner and the role of the arts and humanities in business education.
