The positive impact of the School's recruitment policies is evident. Men dominate the application pool with a roughly 4:1 ratio. Nevertheless, policies for shortlisting and interview panel compositions help ensure that women are shortlisted at the same rate as men; and that women are offered positions at a slightly higher rate than men. Policies that support a work-life balance encourage women to accept offers made (100% of offers accepted).
