Hosting female visiting researchers promotes the visibility of women in leading positions among students and staff. The School therefore aims for gender parity of speakers at research seminars, actively inviting female speakers and early career as well as more senior researchers. Over the past three years the contribution of female speakers has increased to 41% (though below the target of 50%).
